PLEASE NOTE
• This is an inquiry to host a private Andretti experience with
reserved space, a dedicated Event Associate, and a fully planned event timeline
for your group.
• We are currently experiencing a high volume of event
inquiries. Please ensure your event meets the requirements below prior
to submitting.
• Events must be secured at least 72 hours in advance with
a signed contract and 50 percent deposit. Same day bookings are not available.
• Minimum spend required to book your private event:
- Monday through Thursday: $450
- Friday through Sunday: $500
Minimums are met through your selected package, food and beverage,
attractions, and enhancements outlined in your contract.
• Once submitted, a member of our Sales Team will connect with you
to bring your Andretti Experience to life!
