Yes, the guests of honor (or birthday guest) must be included in the headcount and cost of the event.
Decorations are not included, but you may bring your own. Confetti, glitter, and piñatas are prohibited, and nothing may be taped to the walls. Andretti-themed décor and uplighting may be available —ask your sales representative for options that match your color scheme.
You are welcome to bring a cake or cupcakes from a certified or licensed baker or bakery. We do not allow homemade cakes or ice cream cakes.
Outside catering is not permitted. However, we're happy to accommodate dietary restrictions. Please speak with your sales manager to explore available options.
Yes, your sales representative can assist at any time. You may order food on the day of your event, but ordering in advance is recommended. For safety reasons, buffet or long-exposed food cannot be taken to-go; however, shareable items may be taken home, and boxes can be provided.
Final Headcounts are required 5 days before your event. You would not be able to decrease past this point, but you are able to increase at any time, subject to availability.
We require an event spend minimum of: Monday-Thursday $450 Friday-Sunday $500 Saturday after 4pm $1,500 This can be met with entertainment, food and beverages, or merchandise.
Events that are not an exclusive facility rental may be canceled up to 14 days prior to the event date and receive a full refund of the paid deposit. If the event is canceled within 14 days of the scheduled date, the deposit is nonrefundable and will be retained as a cancellation fee.
Once you review the proposal, confirm via email or phone call to your respective Sales Manager or Sales Coordinator and they will gladly forward you our link for e-signature and 50% deposit. We require a signed contract and 50% deposit to secure the event. We do not take payments over the phone.
Due to high call volume and inquiries, we are only able to hold a proposal in our system for 72 hours without a deposit. If the event date is approaching in less than 1 week, this hold policy is adjusted.
You are more than welcome to pay for your event in full. However, deposits are non-refundable with 14 days of the event date. If you decrease your headcount during final confirmation, those funds are not refunded. Final or full payments must be made in person.
Our packages and rates are discounted, and we are unable to combine discounts. For events, we do not offer additional incentives.
