ROUTE 66 PLATTER
Have a little bit of it all with enough to share! A perfect combination of jumbo potato skins, quesadilla, chicken wings, and our creamy four cheese mac-n-cheese.

MOZZARELLA CHEESE TRIANGLES
Traditional Italian hand-breaded mozzarella, fried golden brown and served with our homemade marinara sauce.

JUMBO POTATO SKINS
Loaded with Cheddar and Monterrey Jack, bacon bits,  scallions and sour cream. Add chicken, ground beef or pulled pork.

SPINACH AND ARTICHOKE DIP
Creamy blend of spinach, tender artichokes and Provolone cheese. Served hot with tricolor tortilla chips.

QUESADILLA
Traditional grilled flour tortilla filled with Monterey Jack, Cheddar and pico de gallo. Served with shredded lettuce, guacamole and sour cream. Add chicken, ground beef or BBQ pork.

COWBOY STACK
Our new fan favorite! Waffle cut sweet potato fries stacked and topped with queso, pico de gallo and jalapenos. Garnished with BBQ sauce. Add chicken, ground beef, or BBQ pork.

PICKLE CHIPS
Dill pickle chips breaded and fried to a golden brown. Served with a garlic ranch dipping sauce.

ANDRETTI WINGS
Jumbo bone-in (Grilled or Fried) or Flat Tire boneless. Tossed in your choice of sauce – Mild, Medium, Super Hot Sriracha, Sweet Roasted Jalapeno, Lemon Pepper, Caribbean Jerk, Classic BBQ, Kentucky Bourbon BBQ, Cannonball BBQ or Teriyaki. Served with Celery and choice of ranch or blue cheese.

SKY HIGH NACHOS
Tri-colored tortilla chips piled high and smothered in Queso, Cheddar and Monterrey Jack with pico de gallo, sour cream, jalapenos and green onions. Add chicken, ground beef or BBQ pork

Mixed green salad topped with tomato, cucumber, red onion, mixed cheese and seasoned croutons. Tossed in our homemade white balsamic vinaigrette. Small & Large

CAESAR SALAD
Crisp Romaine lettuce tossed with our homemade Caesar dressing, shaved Parmesan and seasoned croutons. Small & Large

GRILLED STEAK APPLE SALAD
Tender steak, grilled apples and onions, roasted red peppers and toasted almonds over mixed greens. Tossed in a Citrus Peach Balsamic dressing.

ANDRETTI COBB SALAD
Fresh mixed greens, grilled chicken, diced tomatoes, black olives, avocado, egg, red onion, crispy applewood smoked bacon and Cheddar cheese.

SPINACH CRANBERRY SALAD
Dried cranberries, red onion, applewood smoked bacon, feta cheese, egg and grilled chicken breast. Served on a bed of tender baby spinach, tossed in a white balsamic vinaigrette.

FIREBALL SALAD
A zesty blend of grilled corn, pico de gallo, Cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack, red onion, cucumber, tortilla strips and grilled chicken breast. Tossed with Chef Anna’s special Chipolata Ranch dressing.
